Steps for Online Registration

1. STEP 01 Click Sign-up or Log in
2. STEP 02 Check your personal information and select a registration category
3. STEP 03 Choose payment method and make payment
4. STEP 04 Check your email for payment confirmation

Registration Fees

• Residents and students are required to upload documents to verify their status.
• Residents: Certificate of employment / Students: Certificate of enrollment or student ID

Payment Methods

1) Online Credit Card Payment

• Using browsers such as Chrome or Microsoft Edge is suggested for online payment.
• VISA, Mastercard and JCB are accepted in online system.

2) Wire Transferr

• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
• The sender's name should be the same as the registrant's name.
• It may take 1-2 weeks to confirm the receipt of the registration fee when you transfer it via a bank.
• In order to confirm your payment quickly and accurately, a copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent to the Secretariat by email

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail.

• Refunds will be made after the end of CBS 2024.
• All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the registration refund.
• Please refer to the following cancellation cutoff dates.

• If you require an invitation letter to obtain a visa for entry into the Republic of Korea, please download it from 'My Page' after completing the registration and payment. For visa details, please refer to the webpage. click
